Digital Insure Launches a Digital Tool for Brokers

The French InsurTech Digital Insure launches “Multinet Inside”: a digital platform enabling brokers to compare borrowers’ insurance policies more easily. This interface is meant to streamline customer relations and help brokers propose solutions relevant to their customers' needs.

Multinet Inside is a digital platform enabling brokers and distribution networks to be assisted through their customer-facing consulting processes, regardless of their level of expertise. They may assess how much money borrowers could save, compare offers or even have their customers apply for these offers, and be provided loan insurance certificates.

Each broker has access to different modules from the platform. He may decide to enable these modules and send offers to their customers based on their needs and risk profile. Experts from Digital Insure can also help with completing contractual procedures if need be. The offers are provided by AXA, Suravenir, CNP Assurances, SwissLife and Oradéa Vie, so brokers may address different profiles.

This flexible offer also comes with a fully customisable white-label version and extra modules to be added to brokers’ tools using APIs.

Comments – Making borrowers’ insurance procedures more intuitive

Digital Insurance –a wholesale broker in digital borrowers’ insurance– designed this solution to assist brokers and distributors through their consulting missions based on a flexible platform (APIs, white-label services), enabling them to customise their approach to dealing with borrowers’ insurance. Their customers can compare different offers and assess potential savings while being provided quality advice on safer and timely procedures. Each broker enjoys customised, profile-relevant assistance and solutions, via features including simplified interfaces where various ranges of insurance services can be shown to the borrowers, digital notifications and even an online assistant detailing the tasks that need to be completed. They may also save time via relying on an automated medical selection. Digital Insure still relies on their long-standing partner, Swiss Re. The reinsurance provider now focuses on creating more specific contracts (professions involving higher risks, top-level athletes, etc.).

Other industry players –such as Inixia with a smart comparison service– started addressing this sector. These procedures are compliant with the Bourquin Amendment, enabling borrowers to renegotiate their borrowers’ insurance contract.
